I graduated from the University of Georgia's Lamar Dodd School of Art in 2016 with a BFA in Textile Design. After working as a bedding designer, I made the move to tabletop design. I currently work as a CAD designer, teach at the Visual Arts Center of Richmond, and am a ceramicist at 43rd Street Studios.
My fine art practice includes a variety of mediums. After working with textiles for 10+ years, I discovered ceramics, which allowed me to blend my passion for texture, patternwork, and form with the tactile nature of working with clay. My ceramics embody a delicate balance between fun pattern play and organic forms, which is echoed in my textile work.
